12th Avenue NE (south): Mail boxes will be put back. As soon as weather permits the concrete contractor will return. LUELLA: The contractor has completed his 30 day requirement to water sod. It will now be the responsible of the property owner to maintain the sod. Please do not mow the new sod short. 5th Avenue NE: The properties on the east side of 5th Avenue may start driving on their driveways. The concrete contractor would like to start the sidewalk and driveway approaches as soon as weather permits. Please park on the east side of 5th Avenue so that the concrete crew will have room to work.12th Avenue NE (North): It will take approximately one week to finish the underground work (weather permit). Once the underground is finished the concrete contractor will begin working.

Tax Increment Financing

Tax Increment Financing (TIF) is a method of financing real estate development costs to assist with the construction of buildings or other private improvements, as well as other types of development.

TIF uses the additional property taxes paid as a result of development and increased property value to pay for portion of the development costs.
