About the Civic Center

We have two rooms to accommodate your parties. The capacity of the large hall is 425 people. You may use your own caterer and decorate the rooms however you please.

The Stewartville Civic Center may be rented for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and meetings!

Rental Fees

Rental fees are based on category qualifications (public, school, and non-profit).

Category 1
Whole hall – $400
Half Hall – $250
Lounge – $50 or 3 hours, $10/additional hour

Category 11
School organizations will be charged a fee of $35 per space. A monitor fee of $100 may apply if more than 75 people could or will be attending.

Category 111
Non-profits may be charged a monitor fee if more than 75 people could or will be attending.

Category 1 registrants need to send in a signed contract with a deposit to confirm the reservation. A damage deposit is due the week of the event.

Category 11 and 111 registrants need to send in a signed contract at the beginning of the year with contact information attached. Monitor fees may apply to both categories.

Additional pricing will apply for holidays.
