Fourth graders at Bear Cave Intermediate School, led by teacher Lynn Bussan, researched hurricanes for a science project and raised funds to help an elementary school in Texas recently damaged by Hurricane Harvey. The students raised $1,116.39, which was sent to Gilbert J. Mircovich Elementary School in Ingleside, Texas, a building badly damaged by the hurricane. #thefutureisbright
